About the Space
Regency is a community and event space dedicated to healing and regeneration. ***** PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR WEEKEND PRICING ***** (5 HOUR Minimum FOR WEEKENDS) VIRTUAL WALKTHROUGH: https://youtu.be/DtMYM7x8xzo WEEKDAY PRICING: $295/hr + $150 cleaning + $104 insurance and a $1000 refundable security deposit will be required. WEEKEND PRICING (Fri-Sun) By the hour, within two booking windows 10am-5pm or 5pm-12am The 5 hour paling kecil on weekends comes to: $2130, additional hours are $375/hr A $1000 refundable deposit is also required. Your hours must include all setup and breakdown time. AMENITIES Included (for free): • Fully furnished • Projector with 14’ screen (Light room) • Motorized Pro DJ Lighting (Dark room) • Sound system in full space (6X 12″ PA Speakers with an XLR and bluetooth connection), • Elevated DJ booth (Dark room) • Custom Photo Booth with plant wall with built-in iPad • 50 bamboo folding chairs and 10 folding tables (6′ x 2.5′) • 70 large and small dishes, glasses, 150 gold metal cups and two dishwashers • Event producer and security staff person provided for Friday/Saturday events • Wireless microphones to rent for $50 We have two main rooms, which are similar in size. There are two large skylights in each room, and they let in ample natural light throughout the day. There are 2 bathrooms, one connected to each large room. The dark room has two custom structures with a gold leaf patterned archways — one houses a photobooth with a full plant wall, and the other is a DJ booth. There is lightweight kitchen with sink and dishwasher and small fridge in the front white room. ALCOHOL: If alcohol is served, your event must be private, no tickets can be sold. Insurance must be purchased. Alcohol must also not be sold at the event, it must be open kedai minum.
weekday daytime street parking is usually easy to find within a 1-2 block radius. after 6pm on weekdays and on weekends there is ample street parking in front of the space
Everything must stay indoors. No more people coming then what you request. If you plan to move things, please ask us before because we may prefer to help you with certain items that are hard to move or delicate. If you we OK you to move it yourself, please take a photo before you move it and move it back. No smoking inside, including mary j. You are welcome to have the event catered or bring in outside food. ALCOHOL: All parties must be private, we cannot have ticketed events and it must be open kafe. Please bag your trash/recycling and place it in the dumpster when you are finished. The cleaning fee does not include picking up your trash for you.

We rented this space for a photoshoot. Very well designed space just like the pictures, came with lots of lighting options, music, kitchen, bathrooms, you name it it’s there. The team explained everything that we needed to know ahead of the photoshoot. I totally recommend.

Very lovely location. It was exactly like the pictures, which was awesome. I did a photoshoot here, which made for an awesome backdrop, but I can see how this place would also be amazing for an event. Property management is polite and easy to coordinate with. Highly recommend.
