French Oak Ranch is a private, family-owned, 300 acre ranch situated just past the quaint intersection of Calistoga and Saint Helena Roads.

This property isn’cakrawala anything like the typical Wine Country, commercialized vineyard venue. This is a rare, organic and untouched, blank canvas for you to create your perfect event. Host your special occasion in the fresh air and gorgeous Oak savanna, near the large beautiful lake where wildlife come to drink, inside the simplistic horse barn, or across many different locations throughout the property. When evening comes, your guest will be delighted to watch the colorful sunset and its beautiful reflections in the lake, the moon rising over the hills and shining directly over the lake and the star-spattered sky. Ample and gated parking is available for your guests, limousines, busses and shuttles. This is a truly unique and breathtaking property that is completely secluded. The sky is the limit on what you can create.

Additional Charges

Our site fee covers the rental of the space only. Since most brides are so specific on the exact look of their event, we want to provide you with a blank canvas to create your dream wedding. Additionally, we do not charge a corkage fee and are willing to work with most caterers as long as they are fully licensed and insured. Having said that, we have aPreferred Vendor List of caterers, planners, etc. who have worked well at our property, and I would be happy to provide you with this list should you decide to book your event at French Oak Ranch.

Additional Items:

Shuttle service

. To transport guests from parking site up to the barn (typically two 25-passenger shuttles), or golf carts. Must be by a licensed and insured company.

    Restroom rental. We can provide names of companies that we work with if needed.Event insurance. This can be purchased through your Home Owners insurance or we can provide you with the names of companies where this can be purchased. Typically costs between $150-$250.Wedding coordinator, caterer, and bartender. All must be Licensed and insured.
    Please note, we do not charge a corkage fee, you can bring in your own alcohol. Additionally, your caterer may be able to provide their own bartender.
