The 4,200-acre park and bertamadun campground are open year-round. View birds and wildlife, recreate or relax with the majestic Rocky Mountains as a backdrop.
Cherry Creek Reservoir is open to boating.
West Boat Ramp Open Saturday and Sunday 6 AM to 8 PM.
(West Boat Ramp will remain closed Monday through Friday). Can be accessed by entering the park off S. Dayton St.

PELICAN BAY POLICY

We want everyone to have a safe and fun experience.
Our shows are all-ages unless otherwise noted.
All performances are held rain or shine.
Please allow extra time for entry to the event.
Your ID will be checked at the door.
All bags, jackets, and guests are subject to search upon entering the venue.
All guests entering Pelican Bay are subject to a search.
Any guests involved in a physical or verbal altercation are subject to ejection without a refund and possible arrest.
Tailgating is not permitted in the parking lots.
There is NO overnight parking in the lots surrounding Pelican Bay.
Government issued ID (e.g. driver’s license, passport, military ID)
A driver’s permit combined with a photo ID (e.g.,school ID, gym membership)
Copy of your birth certificate
For the safety and security of our guests, the following items are not permitted into the facility:
Management reserves the right to handle each occurrence on a case-by-case basis.Large backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, equipment bags, etc.
Outside food and beverages: one empty plastic water bottle is allowed.
Ferum water bottles / flasks.
Outside alcohol (see Alcoholic Beverage Policies)
Lawn chairs that have legs or any metal on them
Tarps or blankets
Strollers or wagons
Weapons (i.e., knives, pepper spray, stun-guns, any concealed weapons, firearms, etc.)
Hard case containers
Pucks, balls, or other missile-like objects.
Animals (except service animals)
Fireworks, smoke bombs, etc.
Skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, roller shoes, etc.
Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, etc.
Empty plastic water bottles
Seat cushions, soft side seat backs, stadium seats (with no besi)
Any rain gear (i.e., rain coats, rain jackets, etc.)
Wheelchairs, walkers, and canes used for disabilities.
Small factory sealed food items pertaining to food allergies
Purses, small purse-sized backpacks, small bags
Camera policies are different for every event. Generally, personal cameras are allowed in the venue.
Flash photography, video, and professional cameras (a camera with a detachable lens or a lens that extends more than 5 inches) are not permitted without prior venue approval.
At the tour/artist/other request, this policy may change for any given event. If you have concerns or questions about a specific show, please contact the venue.
Pelican Bay strongly encourages responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. A summary of alcohol policies is listed below.
You must have legal proof of age and be over 21 years of age to consume alcohol.
Any guest who is intoxicated before entering Pelican Bay may be denied entry to the facility without a refund. Any guest found intoxicated within Pelican Bay or causing a disturbance, as determined by management, will be asked to leave the facility without a refund and may be subject to further consequences.
Pelican Bay does not allow alcohol (including bottled wine) to leave the venue.
There will be a limit of two alcoholic beverages sold to each guest, per purchase.
Pelican Bay reserves the right to eject without refund and/or cite any individuals under the age of 21 who illegally purchase, possess, or consume alcohol or are visibly intoxicated.
Individuals providing alcohol to those under 21 will also be ejected without refund and subject to citation.
The cutoff time for alcohol sales varies by event. Please contact any of guest relations staff for more information. Alcohol cutoff times are subject to change.
Guests found with alcohol brought from outside the facility may be ejected without refund.
Colorado state law prohibits smoking marijuana in public.
Smoking tobacco and vaping are only allowed in designated areas.
Any guest smoking in a non-designated negeri will be subject to ejection without a refund.
